Blame it on global warming but I ll take this warm weather we are having in any given day. As we all know, when it comes November, Minneapolis is not known for warm, sunny weather. Normally by this time we get ready to bundle up before getting out from house. Also, its not unusual to see couple of inches of snow on the ground. But, its almost mid November, and I still can drive my car with windows rolled down. Simply unbelievable. So far we had July weather in June, June weather in July, October weather in November and November weather in October.

We have so confused mother nature and she can’t figure out which month should get its respective weather. Hopefully she will stay in this state of mind till next spring.

Dehiwala is coastal town geographically somewhat similar to San Fran and highly populated, highly developed suburb in Colombo District. Recently there have been major additions to Dehiwala skyline such as five start rated apartment complexes. Galle is an internationally famous town in Sri Lanka and Dehiwala is a major town that connect South and Colombo. During Tsunami Dehiwala Coastal area got effected but fortunately it was minimal. There are thousands of major bus lines cross Dehiwala junction in daily basis and not only that if you are traveling from South to Colombo or Colombo to any part of the South you have to pass Dehiwala.

In the map below, follow the Hill Street towards to your left, and you will see how breath taking it is…

Specially if you are thinking a quick getaway from Colombo… enough of that… we had a awesome time at Heritance. Played some good tap rugby and had some few drink while enjoying the nice cool breeze of the coast. It was simply fantastic, more than anything hanging out with my buddies Nana, Ranidu & Kumi, Kani… was priceless….

I am sure I am going to miss Duluth, I survived hash cold winters while enjoying few snow storms we had in past years especially the one which was in March. I absolutely cherished the summer, there is nothing like Duluth summer. Combination of the beautiful yet cold lake superior and the warm, hot but comfortable weather makes you feel like you are floating under zero gravity environment. But starting from tomorrow all that is past, I will be a city boy again.
